The first part: Save and restart your game, it's running out of VRAM, I recommend using ENBoost.
The second part: I'll try to reproduce this erratic behavior.

Maire is severely glitched for me. I can't go through any loading screens without the game crashing.

CTD when i quick move to dark brotherhood's place in dawnstar (when i go to dawnstar same way it crashes 2)

I'm not sure what is causing those CTDs, since literally nothing is different, I look into it.
