His voice stays where he talks when he starts moving, AKA his voice doesn't follow him.
Also his voice stays the same length no matter what he says.

Yeah thats not a bug, the voices just sorta do it, this is because it's too long, and only one voice clip for now.

Alright, also his lab coat clips through if you put a cosemetic on him.
But that's just custom characters.

Yeah, we had to do some things to make him work well, if your going to wear clothing just make sure you wear shirts and pants, i think it works fine then. just the shirt looks weird, and just the pants looks weird aswell.

DST doesn't like any long coats or armor...

Gaster dosen't looks weird with pants only, i tried it, i use Grey pants, because his default shirt (lab coat) looks amazing with them, i can bring a picture if you want!

Does it crash when trying to use the artifact? it seems thats whats going on.

No no, i dont have an artifact, If i generated the world, i have message of error, but world already generated

So it is just when loading an existing world? not a new world?

If i creating with mod it crashes, if i tryied to launch existing world it crashe. I think its crushes if i triyed to join existing mod.
If i creating world without mode, all in normal. But if i rejoin world with mode it again crush.
But if i create world with mode(it crushes),and then i rejoin world without mode, all working.
(Sorry for that my lexicon of conjunctions is very small)
