Was the monster side of Warren removed?
I've noticed that when Warren goes fully insane, he doesn't have any changed appearance or gains any buffs and faster hunger drain. Is the mod bugged for me? Or was it removed, hinting at the "V.2 Undoing Fear & Hidden Monstrousness" comment in the "OLD" forums?

You may have conflicts with him, are you using any other mod?

He still has his transformation and appearance change.

I use a lot of mods. Which I would believe none of the mods shouldn't conflict with Warren. Most of its just character mods and new craftables. I can't see the list, try sending it again and if you have a mod that changes sanity component, it may be the reason.

It was the "Help me up" mod. Do you plan on making a list of incompatible mods for Warren? Or in this case, mods that just mess with Warren?
