1. 修复超次元背包不能制造的bug；
2. 添加武器“离子风暴召唤者”，远程闪电攻击。攻击力50的AOE攻击（范围8），使用时-10 san，-5 HP，被击中目标眩晕10s（只对目标起作用，范围内其他受波及者无效）。无使用次数限制。

1. Fix bug that "Hyperdimensional Backpack" cannot be crafted;
2. Add weapon "Ion storm caller", which enables the Character the ability to cast lightning magic to the target. Damage is 50 per time (AOE attack, 8 radius) , and on casting, it will drain the caster 10 sanity and 5 HP. Once hit, target will be stunned for 10 seconds (only the target, not other enemies in the AOE area). This weapon is infinite-use.

This update is irrelevant to BALANCING ADJUSTMENT. Looking forward your advise on that.
