I think it would be better like this:
Pros:
100% more ammo
80% faster firerate
Cons:
60% longer spinup time
50% lower damage
80% slower movement speed when spun up
90% less ammo from ammo pickups (destroyed buildings, ammo crates)
You're basically trading a bit higher dps in for having to run back to spawn to get ammo. This basically becomes a brass-beast, except bad.
