achievements are disabled since user modifications are active it says
i fixed it by deleting the localisation folder inside of the cpr+.zip aswell!
Deleting the /localisation folder isn't at all necessary, as /localisation does *NOT* alter the checksum and thus does not prevent achievements. You probably deactivated a conflicting mod the second time.
i only have CPR+ enabled, since i always play vanilla :)
Be assured however that the only folder conflicting with achievements is the /common folder; excluding /localisation can't possibly have any effect.
i dont use any mods other than CPR+ my friend :)
What is your checksum?
Your checksum is RFCM, but the official CK2 checksum (the only checksum that allows achievements) is SAHQ.
Have you changed any game file *directly* (not through a mod)?
Found the issue. Besides excluding the /common folder, >you must also exclude the /events folder< (it also changes the checksum and blocks achievements). The /localisation, /interface and /gfx folders can and should remain normally.
Updated the OP to reflect this. Thanks for your reports.
