Hold down mouse for 3 seconds and then unleash the confetti. And some party popper sound effects. :3

it should be like a flare gun but explodes on cirtical hits(and does surronding damage when it explodes)

Flares explode upon impact with enemies
-75% max secondary ammo on wearer
-60% reload speed

Creates confetti particles and Birthday sounds upon critical hit

Crafting recipe: Detonator + Loose Cannon + Reclaimed Metal

+100% clip size
70% slower projectile speed
Minicrits burning players

Maybe not a shotgun but like a mini loose cannon.

Flares do not set fires
+30% projectile speed
+10% damage
Projectile penetrates on kill
