He likely means that Unlimited Vision is blowing your cover.

I had a problem with this mod which got me thinking, "Is it this AI mod?" so then I disabled a few mods which inflict upon NPC's. The problem causes ragdolls to not spawn after they die which is a pain, however it somehow affects the Lightsaber mod by making you able to use the secondary abilities however you can't slash enemies with it due to the Lightsaber blade unable to exist.
You sure it's not the Cleanup Feature that's in the addon?

He means that the Unlimited Vision will help the combine see through your suit and start shooting at you, or iNPC makes the NPC's more intelligent.

I think this mod has a slight imcompatibility with Toggle Globals, with "Calm Metropolice" enabled. The Metropolice with shove you or hit you if you go close to them while this mod is enabled. It's just a miniscule thing I noticed.

It's not a incompatibility, you just unlocked a secret feature that is from Half Life 2, so there is no fixing this, because it will likely lead to the removal of a feature in this addon.
