Force Npc Faction wont work after i played with INPC
So, i went back to Gmod with Inpc the 2nd time. then i realized Combine and Rebels wont shoot eachother then i went to the settings and checked Force Npc Faction and for some reason nothing was there so i set it to default but then they still weren't shooting eachother then i went to console and it said: "unknown command:Force_Npc_Faction" something like that.

NPC's forced into a different faction stay in that faction unless you replace them after changing the forced faction.

Even if i didn't change them, it became blank. Then i put something and still, it didn't work.
