Cheers. I'll look into the various minor polities of Europe as I overhaul each region, but having a list to double check is great.

Those are the sort of little gems that I do so love to find and include. I'll have to give it a read after the update is finished.
It is not so much a book as it is a statement about how the town was not conquered until that date, so there is really not much to go on in terms of defining borders, I'm afraid. :/
