Too Late I Guess
If you can believe it I had a mod half-way done of the Postal Dude for X-Com 2 before I thought of looking to see if someone already made one. Now I'm bummed.

If you don't mind me recommending, a tutorial said all the Voice Packs sound best when you put them through a Telephone Filter in Audicity. That way it sounds like it is coming through the radio transmissions like all the other characters have. I did that to 400 lines of dialouge and I have to say that it does indeed sound really good in game.

Just thought you should know.

I'm actually still working on it, figured these 400 sounds must be good for something. Also am looking to fit Postal 1 and Postal Christmas stuff too.

@Comtar Feel free to contribute your version with the Postal 1 and Postal Christmas sounds if you wish. I just did this as my first delving in to making mods, and because I really wanted a Postal Dude sound pack.
