If Valve ever decide to put this in game they will contact Disney firstly and ask for a permission to use it

Im pretty sure this, while is very well made, is never going to see the light of day. Disney is very strict when it comes to their IP being used, and I'm 90% sure they wouldnt give the rights to this to a game about terrorism and counterterrorism.
