Don't know what happened, but I was playing a new game earlier today and loaded it up again and the projects that were in the GTS from this mod are now gone. The only mod that I would think might cause problems is the leader mod, as all of the others don't deal with the GTS at all.

OK. I'll try out some experiments to see if I can reproduce that. In the meantime, can you double-check that XCOM didn't mysteriously uncheck the mod from your list on startup? (I've had it do that to me a few times with various mods.) Thanks!

I checked and it was enabled at startup. Another mod that I had also stopped working (Laboratory Reworked), so I'm doing a new game - I'll let you know if this reappears in this save.

So it happened again, had bought two of the upgrades, saved and exited and when I reloaded the save (after exiting XCOM2), all of the upgrades were gone. Save was during a mission. After the upgrades went missing, tried training a rookie to see if it would be promoted to Sgt, was promoted to Squaddie.

Hi I'm getting the same issue on my game. On starting a new game it's abosolutely fine but then halfway through it just disappears and I can't rank up my soldiers again.

Sorry you're both having trouble :( MIsta Gav, could you post your list of mods too? It would help me test it if I could start by narrowing it down to the ones you both have installed. If either of you could send me a save game from before and after the options disappeared, that would be great too - my e-mail address is my username here @gmail.com and the saves are probably in your documents folder under "My Games\XCOM2\XComGame\SaveData".

Did some playtesting and found something interesting. The mod will work, but the minute I save and exit in a mission (and exit the game), and reload - all of the saves where the mod worked don't show the new options (same when I load and finish the mission). Had saved before the GTS had been built, and the first time through I got the options; reloaded that save and the options don't appear.

I'm sure this mod conflicts with "More Squad Size Upgrades". After realizing there were no options for me to upgrade in the GTS, I disabled the MSSU mod and lo and behold they reapeared in an earlier saved playthrough. It would be great if this can be fixed. I love both of these mods and don't want to have to chose between the two.

I believe the most recent update fixes this particular issue, but please try it out and let me know.

Both mods are active and both mods show thier respective changes. Kudos my good Sir, this is awesome.

Latest update to the mod now allows me to see the options. Regarding the "More INI options: rank lag for newly-trained rookies..." what does it mean by rank lag? Like does it mean that it takes a while for the rookie to get to the upgraded rank? If this isn't what it is supposed to do, then I might have another problem :(

It means how many ranks below your best soldiers they can possibly be. As long as you've bought the appropriate projects in the GTS, the rookies should take the same number of days to train to the appropriate level as they normally would if you levelled them up there.

Guess I have a new problem then :(
I can see and buy the upgrades, but when I train a rookie it doesn't give the extra promotion (only goes to squaddie).

Got your email, followed what you did and still got a squaddie. Could it be from previous mods like the "All Soldiers Get XP" mod causing problems? Would that have messed with some files that your mod needs? I unsubbed it when I found your mod in the first place, so could XCOM2 be doing something weird?

Unsubbing it could conceivably have done something weird. I tried it with that installed and on and it still seemed to work, though. You could try reverifying your steam files, although that's a pain in the butt. Or starting a new game, I guess, but I'd hate to ask you to do that AGAIN at this point.
