Using the faction ships?
Is there any way I can load up the faction ships and use them in the game? Or am I forced to make my own designs? I really enjoy the look of the ships from the faction, and would prefer to simply import and use them. But every time I try, it just gives me the error "wrong command black". When I try to import them in sandbox it just says "Failed to parse". Anyone have any idea?

Yah, Each Faction ship does not work wwith other factions.

What do you mean? If you want to take the fleet's designs and use them yourself during the game you can go into command mode and press 3 while hovering over the ship you want to use and copy their design. As long as you own all blocks used and have enough P it is possible.

you can copy friendly ship designs into your design storage(command mode, hover over ship, press 3, copy design with alt-drag) and modify them as you wish, the ai will still use them
