I have the same issue mate, I recoded the whole map and still it aint no workings.
So for those out there who know the awser I ask you pls help both of us.

In case anybody still has the problem, I figured this out a long time ago. I had to reinstall gmod because apparently some of the textures got corrupted while unpacking, and this doesn't change whether you re-subscribe to the map and textures since they'll still allocate those corrupted files to the files im trying to install (at least in my case), so forcing the game to delete and forget that it had those files will make it work when you install it.

Many doors are invisible, and the majority of the nightclub textures are missing for me

Just redowload mod and game, if it downloads it with game than itll work

I uninstalled and reinstalled garrys mod now less doors are missing but some still are

Tried it 3 or 4 times I've lost count honestly

I've got CS:S mounted and everything it's just that whereas before 90% of doors were invisible now 75% are. A couple in PD, a few in the fire department, doors leading into courtroom, and all the doors in those suburbs. I'm sure there are more but these are the most glaring. Do you have any other idea how to fix this?
