I hate the town hall because there is not enough exit (even on all buildings)

If it is possible, a 2nd layer for the map with a highway and a train from 1nd layer to 2nd layer

If not, i'd love to see an Hotel, Farms, public swimmimg pools...

It lacks sewers with access to the bank for bank robbery (or other means of exit)

Open sky box would be awesome, and that gosh darn terrain error on that turn by the bank.

Current cinema wastes a lot of space, there should be a mini cinema in a existing building from the city
