Unfortunately there isn't falling snow effect because of optimization.
P.S. 99% credits goes to original gm_bigcity creator!
And remember to set mat_specular to 0!
Map has A.I. nodes from gm_bigcity, stop asking for this!

lol it freezes for a couple of seconds but if it crahes then you must have a "GREAT" computer

mat_specular 0 doesn't improve performance at all but it's good for deleting those pesky missing textures

it'll take a while to apply the changes so all you need is patience... unless your computer is that bad, then i can't help you.
