-How to get rid of lag:
(Less addons = less lag)
1) Before you launch the map, you'll find a button on the main menu that says 'Addons,' click it.
2) Find a fancy-lookin' button that says 'Disable All,' but don't just stare at its hot rounded little аss, click it as well. (This button will temporarily disable all addons.)
3) Don't forget to enable this map.
4) Now launch the map, and the lag should be gone
OR
If that didn't work, lower your graphics settings from the options menu as a last resort

-How to restart map without relaunching it:
(Only do this when you die)
1) Open spawn menu
2) Go to utilities > admin > clean up everything

-How to fix missing textures/errors:
This map requires CS:S to be installed.
If you don't have CS:S, you can find the game's content on the internet (it's free, no excuses)

-How to fix dying on spawn:
Try changing your playermodel to one of the default ones
OR
Start the map as a multiplayer game and enable god mode
(this was never intended to be a multiplayer map, so playing it with others might cause bugs, etc)

-How to fix NPCs randomly attacking player/other NPCs:
Don't use addons that tinker with NPC relationships/behavior.
If allies don't follow you, make sure "Join Player's Squad" is enabled.

-How to fix dialogue text not appearing:
Sometimes half of the dialogue text appears, sometimes none at all.
Reload the map from the main menu and it should be fixed.
OR
If that didn't work, run the map in multiplayer. This may cause bugs, like NPCs attacking you for no reason. To prevent this bug, as soon as you start the map, open spawn menu, go to utilities > admin > clean up everything.
