I know why the mod isnt installing, I think
The mod won't install because the mod hasn't been uploaded as a .gma file, but a folder instead. If you download this mod from the Steam Mod Downloader, instead of giving a .gma file it gives a .zip file. Hopefully this helps, mod creator.

I still run everything as a folder, I'll look into the GMS, thank you.

I don't know what a .gma is but the game is designed to run/load mods as folders in the:

"Documents\KillHouseGames\DoorKickers\mods"

directory of your computer. if you are trying to install the mod manualy using Steam Mod Downloader or anything similar to that you will need to unzip the download to the folder I have listed above. Please note that manualy installed games do not auto update.

once un zipped and in place it should now look like this

"Documents\KillHouseGames\DoorKickers\mods\Destiny_Weapon_Pack"

If you are having an issue with the subscription system I can't offer you any additional help, I myself have subscribed to the mod to test if it downloads and installs correctly and it does. Anything beyond that is a Steam related issue.
