this flag is a little bit old ^^
to be hones i will not replace it because the current one is the one used by belarus now.

If i start replacing official flags it would not fit in this mod, sorry :S

But you could make one by yourself with the tutorial from volman (link in the moddescription)

"Replacing" the flag does not sound like a good idea at all. Why would anyone even suggest that? Offering it as an alternative might be a good approach, but that's up to the mod developer.

I suggested it because white-red-white flag is the true historical flag of my country. Current flag (red with green) is a flag from the USSR times. Its was returned by the dictator in 1996 . I have already decided to do my own mod with the right flag :)

Tell you what, how about we add it in as a customization option. So every time you recieve a soldier from your country, you can always change the flag.
