You have to place it on the ground, not on a building. There is a small black piece at the top that you have to walk on and crouch over. The bomb will explode, killing you and your world.

What he means by crouching go prone(Crawl mode), apparently the Large Nuke doesn't kill you just gives you like about 10 health but kills all zombies around you, destroyed both trees and vehicles like about a mile.

EDIT:
I could be wrong I had my skills up max during the time I blew up the nuke, you can try without any skills and clothes see if that kills you instantly, other than that the mini nuke and the launcher kills you with/without skills and clothes on.

The large bomb was the only one to lag my game XD.

if u have al the perks for XP you survive a large bomb on 7 HP
