Impact slips enemy around. (Like when they move around they slip easually.)
Blinds enemy vision by 20%

Red:
Recharge rate -15%.
Doesn't extinguish allies.

my stats for this weapon works like the jarate:

pros:

+when hit causes flamethrower damage to do +25% more damage and afterburn last 10 seconds longer

+when doused in the oil you cant be extinguished by airblasts of friendly pyro

+33% recharge rate
Douse your enemies to make them 30% slower at everything! (Includes healing, reload speed,
firing rate, movement speed)
Afterburn damage is increased by 50% if thrown at your own feet
while on fire

+ Doubles all fire damage taken on coated enemies and adds gray jarate overlay on screen (Example: Uncoated = 3 damage per tick, coated = 6 damage per tick)

+ Creates slippery surface on ground (if thrown) for 15 seconds that makes enemies slip uncontrollably with an audible sound. (Spy detection ftw)

- 25% recharge rate.

- Will not extinguish friendlies.

On direct hit: -90% movement speed on coated enemy
On indirect hit: -40% movement speed
Can not extinguish teammates

Hidden stat: Weapon refills with ammo.

There's going to be no stats, it says in the description that it's going to be a reskin of The Jarate.

I never stated that it was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for jarate, only that it replaces it has the same general purpose as the jarate. Just like you would say that the machine replaces the sniper rifle, or the baby face blaster replaces the scattergun

Level --- Can-Based Karate

On Contact: Applies a slow-inducing liquid substance,
which can be removed by another liquid type. Targets
coated in the substance take more fire damage, but
take less explosive damage. Multiple sources of this
slow-inducing substance do not combine. That would
be madness! In Science!

Warning: Do not apply to allies
on fire. May put out the fire, but slows the allied targets
down for a short duration.

Can be equiped by Sniper and Scout

Soaked victims take mini-crits from direct fire damage.
Victims also have a %20 longer afterburn time (or stay on fire for however long the soaking lasts)

-extinguishing yourself can result into a friendly pyro airblasting or flaming could go on you
