Heroic AI spawning very few, if any, units on most maps.
An issue I have been encountering is a very passive or outright afk AI opponent. Over the course of a 15-20 minute game they only spawn in about 4-5 units apiece and then proceed to do nothing. They still employ the wave strategy that it is fond of, where it wait to build up manpower and then spawns a large amount of units. But in this case a "large" amount of units is a single squad and one tank. Not sure what is wrong with this one, but any help would be awesome.

I have the exact same problem, been looking around but can't find any solution. Will post something if fixed

18 days later and I'm still completely stumped. Happens on all maps and I've no idea why.

If your using vanilla bots then they won't work properly due to changed prices and balance so I could recommend you this wonderful addon for robz mod that adds new working bots also new super cool tanks to 1945/Post war germany like E-100: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1867800756

Is this really the case? Kinda disappointing Robz never fixed it if so but thanks for the mod link!
