Can you play with doctrines while others just play other nations, example you going with a german doctrine but your friend going as SS or USA.
Whenever you play as a doctrine in any but "Doctrines" mode you literally have no thing to spawn in, and other way around if you launch Doctrines mode other (whole) factions have nothing.

Is there anyway to play with both on?
I do know Test Mode works with both but that isn't really that playable for a normal match.
