for to revive them and to be revived

or a medic model or a rebel model

it needs to be the medic citizen or barney or alyx or voritguant
combine will work to if you are friendly with them or make them friendly with you

medic citizens can only revive you along with barney and alyx and vortigaunts

and combine and metros if you are friendly with them
