I'm wanting to use this tool for an animation I'm working on, however for some random reason or another, the cloak effect starts to flicker uncontrollably, I have some presets that aren't effected strangely enough and it seems no one is even mentioning this issue.

I even posted a comment back in February 2021 asking for help but it seems no one has replied.

If anyone has any solution to this problem please offer your help, I relay need it
