Suggestion: Simple box for assigning squad names
I assume the best form of this would be a simple text box under the spawnflag box, where we can write the name of the squad we want to assign particular npcs to. if that's doable?

Assigning squads is readily doable, and adding a text box directly below 'Spawn flags' is probably the cleanest way of making it configurable.

I, for one, support this idea. I ended up doing something similar to my private ZINV copy by hard-coding the zombies key-value pair for the option when the zombie/NPC is spawned
zombie:SetKeyValue("SquadName","overwatch")
I'm sure it can readily be adapted to GUI inputs and whatnot.

I started doing the research yesterday before I got bogged down by some other things. That line looks about right to me, I'll add this feature in as soon as I can. Thanks a lot!

aye, no problem. Just tested the line i gave you against your current release (as of 01/18/2016 21:20 GMT) and all appears to work relating to squads :P

Quick update: Just added the box in. All seems to be working as expected. I'll add a box in for proficiency (as per another suggestion) when I get a chance (probably the day after tomorrow) and then upload the update.
