Miketama didn't make it to the "Uboa" series until inv_dojo where she was again seen as the final boss, as well as Takedeppo's popular "the_daikon_warfare" series where she is a hidden ally that will aid the player(s) in certain combat situations, but only if they are to rescue three hidden cats on the map.
On the third part of the_daikon_warfare series, if you rescue all three hidden cats, there will be a special scene where a Radish Thief Executive is seen kicking and beating on an innocent cat. Miketama is outraged and aids the player in fighting the Executives in her enraged "Overdrive" form, which is a custom form originating from this map.
That's about all I know, hopefully I could help. So, I guess in conclusion, it's just an "OC" made for an old Sven Co-Op map that was revived and brought into the Sven Co-Op "Uboa" series later on.
"Uboa" is a community made map series made for the Half-Life mod known as "Sven Co-Op". This pack features the NPCs that were used for those maps, which included inv_dojo and the_daikon_warfare. So, in other words, no, I did not create Miketama. I only ported the model to this engine and made it an (S)NPC.
I found this old and outdated, but detailed explanation if you want more on "Uboa". I used to have a guide for it myself, before I got tired of maintaining it.
