PLAYERMODELS AND NPC'S!!!

As i said, the original models came with no animations, so i cannot make them NPC's sorry :(

Well to be honest you can always try rigging the model with a new skeleton, like one of the existing models, for example take a Doctor Kleiners model decompile it, use blender or whatever orther tool to edit the model, and from there the hard part begins. You will need to replace the skeleton and weight paint it.

As for NPCs I'd suggest making a VJ base one since they are made modified and doesn't take a lot of time creating one, well... Probably not for this one. :\

But on a serious note it would take... No it will take a long, long time to do only the skeleton so I believe everyone will understand that it is not easy.

Oh and yes if you replace the skeletons (+adding jiggle bone for the tale would be awesome), the models will gain all hl2 animations!

....and that's why there will not be NPC's at least for the time being, just as a matter of fact: i tried rigging them to a Valve skeleton, but it always crashed when i spawned my failed experiment

They use their original skeletons, so theoretically, their skyrim animations could be imported, but i don't know how well will they translate.

Well, someone DID have skyrim NPC's somewhere, but I think they got removed...

If you can figure out how to use proper animations, that could really work. It might be a little hard, but yeah.

well for playermabels use ragmorph freez your ragdoll bone merge this to your ragdoll unfreeze

Seriously hope someone does make player models out of these. Could likely use Mailer's Argonian models as a base for the skeleton. That is, if that whole thing can work like that as I'm not sure. Never made player models ever. Though, something like this could be a nice way of learning.
