Pros

If it had a laser sight or homing ability
+ By keeping the site on a target it will cause a outline around them.
+ Firing the shot will fire a rocket that will chase the target with your alternate fire taking one rocket out of your clip.
+ If the target is a building it will show where it is carried by the engineer.
- Have to keep the laser sight on them for 6 seconds prior.
- Cannot target more then one enemy or building.
- Cannot outline more then one enemy or building.
- If airblasted it will follow nearest team member.
- Slightly slower homing rocket.
- Normal reload time after firing homing rocket.
Cons
- Large weapon takes up screen.
- 2 rocket clip.
- Half the amount of reserve ammo for rocket.
- Slightly larger projectile similiar to black box making it easier to air blast.
- When weapon is out 18% slower walk speed.
Seems like a fun gimmick weapon for those who want to utilize the homing rockets, great for tricky engi nests or enemies at a distance and can be used to help teach players how to do air shots, prediction and not over extending.
