Just started my own kingdom but no lords will join me
basically what the title says, so i recently took over my veryown town and decided to start my own empire. It was going great until I relized no lords were willing to defect to my side. Usually when i go into my castle there are at least three lords asking to become my vassal but I think this mod disables that feature.

So my question is: how do i hire lords with this mod

Did you JUST claim the castle and started your kindom?

maybe you dont have enough feifs or honor or renown or right to rule or everything above

I have plenty of feifs and I got impatient so I cheated myself tones of renown. The only way I can get myself lords is by asking partymembers if the want to own a feif.

you have to persuade other vassals, to betray their king and join you(Which is much easier with cheats btw) Or you destroy a kingdom, causing their vassals to flee and join you, or wait until a vassal is forsworn and kicked out, and hope they come to you. But other than that theres really no eaiser way.

Generally hiring companions and asking them to hold feifs isn't as good as getting lords who already hold land to join you - lords generally have better stats for being, well, lords

its been awhile since i played vanilla but im pretty sure you have to get the lord to above 26 relation. capture him then instead of selling for gold he should offer to join your faction

You see you have to get your right to rule up by recking other factions into submission or sending diplomates to spread your word etc.Or you can just get your persuade trait up persuade a lord before batlle to join you.You may also just completly take over a faction so it gets destroyed and then the vassels flea to other kingdoms(possibly yours.)
