why when changing the dificulty on OMA multiplayer it dosent change the time to survive

That's strange, it should. What other mods do you use? Also, sorry for the late answer.

EDIT: I found that on max difficulty, for some reason, the game time is only 100 seconds (not as the text say "ten minutes"). I'm changing this now.
