I can't remember what mods specifically I used but if I recall there was one that gave regenerating health, which I think utilised a console command, and no one for no fall damage. These two "snippets" came from other mods whereas the others game from generic Gmod variables, such as the increased player speed. I could probably extract the files from my own installation and take a look, maybe even fix it if I find the free time. There isn't a lot to this mod, and you could probably edit it pretty easily yourself to give you whatever stats you want.
I was a teenager at the time and I remember very little of how it actually works, it was just something I did for fun in my spare time, and ended up sharing with some friends through one of their servers, hence the workshop upload. I was stunned when it actually got some downloads outside of that and was pretty proud of it at the time, it was the most popular thing I had ever made, even if I didn't really make it, just stitched it together out of parts.
TL;DR: I haven't modded GMod for years, and was a teenager at the time, so I don't remember how it works, but the bug is probably caused by it calling for some variable that it no longer has access to (i.e mod changed/uninstalled) likely because all the code is from other mods and examples from the time. I may fix it in the future, or you are free to make any changes you like, it shouldn't be too hard.
