I was able to fix it by disabling all assets, then enabling a few of them at the time until the error pops up. Then I know one of the assets that I recently enabled is causing the problem. The error occurs because of a file (usually by vehicles or an asset) that makes the game think it's there but it's actually missing.

Which asset was it for you since I may have the same one. You could tell people which ones did nd didnt work since the people who download this mod usually have a crap ton of assets like myself.

Yeah I have the same problem and to try it one by one is a pain
