Question about Presidental Power/Вопрос о силе президента
The rules say :

"If the newly-enacted Fascist Policy grants a Presidential Power, the President must use it before the next round can begin."

so, imagine a situation:


1)game 7+ players

2)Chancellor and President were appointed

3) Chancellor accept second fascist law, wich means that president can check other player consignment

so, which one can check? One who already the president or next round president?

Since the rules say that the power has to be used in the current round ("before the next round") the power is granted to the current president, NOT the next. It is written that way to emphasize that the current president has to use the presidential power right away and cannot save it for later.
