Edit : How to launch ?
Once you have subscribed, you just have to wait for steam to download the mod. Also, you need to create a SHIFT account to be able to play MP games in HWRM. Once it's done, you have to add "-mpbeta" in the launch option settings for homeworldRM through steam. From there, run the launcher (wait for it to be connected to the SHIFT network), clic on MOD, select "Macross Univers" and play.
well, i think the idea is that the mod should be understandable, wether you watched macross or robotech, although i sympathise with you very much
So you see the worry, if I completely transform the SDF-1 I have to deactivate all its functions of motherships. Because all parts of the SDF-1 must be animated to have a complete transformation.
For the Battle7, Macross Quarter Class, Macross Frontier and Macross Galaxy the worry will be resolved because the chest doesn't move during the transformation, I will focus the weapons and functionality on the chest.

I'd like to know how mod's development is going. What has changed since summer and what is going to be added?
Any suggestions on how I can either circumvent the launcher, or else fix the crash issue on my own?
