Though hes a usually silent giant fluffball in the comics and personality wise, Heavy isn't dumb, I really enjoy that this taunt fits the unexplored smarter side of him, I mean they even said the guys a genius hes just misinterprted by the community as in idiot as hes still not used to English. Altough, while this would be a great loop stationary taunt like the Rancho Relaxo, it'd be cool it give it different reactions through left and right clicking because theres not that much about it at the moment.
