Seriously, you can't say. The price in the market of CS:GO is determined by offer and demand. Because the skin is cool and the M4a4 is an often used weapon, the demand will be very high. The amount of offer depends on the tier of the skin: If it will come ingame as a purple skin, the price will be a lot lower than if it was a red skin. There are other factors that affect offer and demand, like how risky or pricy it is to trade up to this weapon, and how old the case/collection is the weapon comes from. (The older the collection, the more items have been dropped -> lower price).
According to experience, this skin will come out between pink and red. As a pink, it would cost 10-20€ two weeks after the new case came out, and when the prices stabilized(~two months later), it could cost 3€ - 10€. For stattrak it would be 20-100€ two weeks after the new case and maybe 10 - 50€ when prices stabilized. As a red, it would cost 50€ when it comes out, two months later 20-30€. Stattrak when it came out would not be payable, two months later 50 - 200€.
