Photon Rifle, Cores and batteries all despawn for me when my server restarts. Although, my turret still maintains that it has ammo on its tooltip, but inventory is completely empty after fully stocking it just prior to a restart & world save.

delete all mod files then redownload and reinstall. Ark goes screwy easily when they update
