that would be a bad idea if u think about it because peapole would just give someone a festive gun for free and just give it back so u would get it for free but yeah it is a good idea

Yea,thats the problem.
Or if you do some Smissmas Achievement.
Like if you grab some presents hidden around the map or something.

Get the Festive Gibus by Unlocking the achievement "Gift Grab" maybe?
(Collect three Gifts dropped by dead opponents)

Players who have unlocked it already will get this hat the next time they open the game.

I think it should be like the Ghostly Gibus, where you should dominate a player wearing this hat, but it can also be uncrated from a cosmetic crate. BTW the achivement name would be the "Festvie Gibus Grab"
