Just to note, I wasn't going to try and animate the droid (I don't have that kind of time). I just wanted to put the model in the game so when you build the unit, you can see it in the game (even if it doesn't have an animation to it).
I'm not sure if animation is a requirement in order to put the model in the game. I suppose you would know however.
P.S. Thanks for replying. I am honestly running out of options.
However, from what I have gathered from a few of my modding friends who DO implement their own models (like Nomad Or What, who made the base model that the Sailor Senshi uses), you do in fact need animations.

I would recommend signing up for Civ Fanatics (the forum site that all those links are from) if you haven't already, and asking around there. There are a lot of experienced modders there, and hopefully someone can help you better than I can.
