Hm, I think I figured it out. A different character worked great. Apparently, there's something incapatible in my stash or my inventory or something, and so the game doesn't know what to do with it.

I am running into that and something out.. the first smuggler merchant in game when i tired to see what he had to sale it locked up and i had to manually end the game. I also noted that my character that was imported came with no weapons or cloths but had the cash and other gear. And so far I can not access my stash. I will note this character was created and I was playing in Shadowrun unlimited. Another bug i observed was in the wall city first time decking is involved while I have decking skill I have no deck so I had an option to ask Isabel to do it. When I selected that a screen popped up to select programs etc but everything was blank and I could not get past it.
