Once everything is working correctly, when you launch SRHK you should see some text at the bottom of the window saying something like "Updating UGC". It can take a while to download UGC if you're on a slow connection, but this campaign is relatively small so it shouldn't take too long. After it's downloaded, then this campaign should appear under Content, and also as an option in New Game.
Good luck! If you manage to get it working, please let me know what process you followed, and I can pass that along to anyone else who encounters the same issue.
I too had this problem at first. It was nearly a month between the time I purchased all three games and the subscribed UGC began showing up. Now, at every start up, the UGC update happens before it puts the main menu up. Once that starts happening, all of your subscribed UGC will be an option to play from the main menu going forward. Just be patient, sometimes it takes Quite a while to get started but when it does, there's no stopping it afterwards.
