-Northernmost island of the Japanese major islands, plus a few islands to the north and a province or two in the northern parts of Honshu

-High manpower, low other development, with the exception of the capital, with decent stats all around

here's a few :)

Need some Yangtze Delta state, a Pearl River state, and a North China Plain big psuedo-China state. It would be cool if China came back from the End of the World as really powerful, because everytime they fell IRL they came back quickly and stood as the most powerful state. Maybe a CB and claims on all of CHina but make it hard to expand outside what China owned pre-War.
