Akimbo is not giving bonuses when dual-wielding wands, dispite the tooltip saying it should. I have four ranks, 8% bonus to execute. When I have the wands equipped, the text at the bottom is red, saying it requires pistols. My base execute is 19%; my arcane stats execute is 19%. However, if I equip dual pistols, the arcane stats properly reflects having 27% execute. None of the weapons have execute bonus on them directly. Your comments before about "pistol mastery" including wands and the text on the skill all indicate that this should actually include wands.
