To clarify it's the red ones that don't.

Same here man. I literally just found out after I tamed a female to mate with my male. I was so excited, but my demon baby dreams were crushed. I think however, it might have to do with load order, but I'm more confident that the mod needs updating. But, I guess that is to be discovered.

i checked the settings for the red dragons, the eggs are referenced correctly. i also tested and it works fine. maybe you downloaded some bad files?
