IDK it seems most fitting for this to be a Spy-only taunt. Other than the Pyro he's the most mysterious class in the game in terms of identity, much like the Batman is to his foes. It also kinda helps that they can both be huge dorks at times despite their respective reputations as mysterious forces to be reconed with.

The Spy makes the most sense for the taunt. Plus, it takes a *ton* of time to make really good all-class taunts. Besides, why can't classes other than the Engineer and Pyro have their own looping taunts?
