What about looking at them for 2 secs in insta kill so no more work needed.
I was making a joke, that occurs on every taunt on the workshop. Have a look, and you will see.
Alternatively, there could be a quick time event player vs player (which would take tf2 to the next level), when the player strikes with the taunt they have to press one of the keyboard buttons quickly to strike them, but the other player would also have to break out using once again, a random keyboard button.
I know this is rather ridiculous but sometime there's going to have to be a taunt that does this.
This has a huge amount of potential mechanics that depends on wether we agree or disagree on a taunt kill.
