add more provnices! add some to europe and middle east area

Hello, I was wondering if you could make this mod compatible with Challenger's Province Bonanza Mod which adds several provinces to the game. You can find it here: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=438503893. Please poste what you think about the idea.

I don't know if this is a bug or something done purposely but it annoys me that 4 provinces in italy belong to colonial tunisia, it creates a lot of border gore

Add extension for mod "world in complet" !

Love your work Delincious. Right now a diplomatic option is to sell a province to another nation or subject, but I'd love to be able to buy a province, particularly from a vassal where war isn't an option. This would be particularly useful for increasing colonial range early in the game.

perhaps reduce minimum autonomy in colonial regions or somehow set it to a time scale i.e. minimum autonomy reduces over time until modern world is reached (with extended timeline)... an example, im playing as france with extended timeline starting in the fall of the USSR scenario, i conquer egypt jus cuz, then im slapped with a minimum autonomy level of 75% in egypt just because i want to control it my self...
