Does the download not start?
Does the mod not show up in the ingame manager?
Do the trees not change?

Have you checked your mod load order? Is this one enabled and is there no other mod with a higher priority that also contains trees?

how do you change the priority of the load order?

in the workshop content manager (accessable from the main menu), you can select each mod and en/disable it and also change its priority. In short, a mod overwrites each content in mods listed below it that are also present in that mod.
